Baby boy,

This isn’t going to be long, because it’s already late and I have to work tomorrow. You’ll never believe what I got to do when I went into school today, though. There was an Easter egg hunt set up for the teachers! I felt odd including myself in it, but the kindergarten teachers insisted that I needed to. My team didn’t win and I didn’t find a golden egg, but I’m a forty year old woman who got so excited to do that Easter egg hunt!

I wish my first experience with teaching would have been at a school like I’m currently at. I’m sure it has its internal issues, but I wouldn’t constantly think the way I do if my Tennessee school was like this. I’ve been so welcomed in and it’s just absolutely wonderful.

Lucas talked about being able to “realive” you tonight. His plan is to get a lot of music.
