Hi handsome,

Happy Valentine’s Day Eve! I fell asleep in Elijah’s bed and Ellie is still up, so I have yet to do the scavenger hunt clues. I definitely took for granted when you guys were younger and went to bed earlier. I didn’t notice how much easier it made it for me to do things like this.

Elijah finally lost his first tooth two days ago! He’s been complaining a lot and saying how “unfair” it was that he hadn’t lost one yet, so he was happy. By now, you definitely know the truth about the tooth fairy. Well the other night, I got the tooth fairy money and brought it into the room with me when I was putting Elijah to sleep. I did that because I didn’t want to forget about it or fall asleep in his bed and then drop the ball on the money. I put it under my pillow thinking it was a safe place. For whatever reason, he put his hands under my pillow and found the money before he even went to sleep. What were the odds of that happening? Your brothers were amazed nobody noticed the tooth fairy in the house.

Pap is currently in the hospital, but I’m sure you already knew that. Please keep special watch over him and maybe let him know you’re somewhat keeping him company. I’m hoping we get some kind of answers soon.

I’m sorry it’s so short, sweetheart. I have more to say, but have too much going on in my head. I will try my best to focus tomorrow. I love you more than anything, my baby. Goodnight and sweet dreams.
